The Partner Program Lead will be responsible for driving the adoption and commercialization of the CCIP (Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol) by establishing and managing strategic relationships with global systems integrators (GSI\'s), niche/local systems integrators (SI\'s), and strategic technology companies (ISV\'s). The role will involve identifying and onboarding new partners, creating joint business plans, executing initiatives, and measuring progress against predefined objectives. The Partner Program Lead will report progress regularly and ensure that each partnership is meeting expectations. This is an individual contributor role based in EMEA with global responsibility.


Your Impact


  • Establish relationships with all strategic partners identified in the BCM 2024 plan.
  • Agree on cadence and key contacts to optimize global partnerships.
  • Establish a plan and timelines for the creation of a Centre of Excellence for GSI/SI-based partnerships.
  • Define and secure commitments from GSI stakeholders for strategic partnerships with a minimum of 50% of named GSI\'s & ISV\'s in the BCM plan for 2024.
  • Build and drive clearly defined plans for early-stage adoption through business development functions.
  • Agree and document minimum commercial and contractual outcomes in terms of CCIP commitment/adoption over the same period.


Requirements


  • Global Partner Management: Experience in managing strategic partnerships on a global scale, including working with partners across different regions and time zones. Ability to navigate cultural nuances and adapt partner engagement strategies to meet the needs of diverse markets.
  • Revenue Generation: Track record of driving significant revenue growth through partner programs, resulting in measurable business impact. Accomplishments in achieving or exceeding revenue targets, expanding market share, and driving customer acquisition through partner channels
  • Metrics-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring and tracking partner performance against key metrics and objectives. Proven ability to utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement, optimize partner performance, and drive continuous growth and profitability.
  • Deal Negotiation and Management: Proficient in negotiating partnership agreements, joint business plans, and contractual commitments. Experience in structuring and managing complex deals with partners, ensuring alignment of goals and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Channel Development: Strong expertise in channel development strategies, including partner recruitment, enablement, and motivation. Demonstrated ability to identify and onboard partners with high potential for commercialization, resulting in increased market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Partner Program Expertise: Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing successful partner programs. Proven track record of driving partner engagement, enabling partner success, and achieving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in the technology industry, particularly with partner programs.
  • Familiarity with the CCIP and its products and services.
