Core Chain

Core chain is a Bitcoin-powered L1 bringing Bitcoin miner security to EVM smart contracts. Powered by its novel consensus mechanism called “Satoshi Plus” , Core provides the composability of an EVM chain, with the decentralization and security of Bitcoin.

The Role

As Chinese Community Manager you’ll be responsible for fostering growth and awareness in the Mandarin markets. This means developing strategies and initiatives to increase adoption and drive usage on Core Chain. While also encouraging development teams to launch new products on Core Chain. More users = more developers = better apps = more users, and the cycle continues. You’ll work directly within the Marketing and Communications team to deploy the strategy laid out for the Asian community through various social channels and not limited to (Discord, X, Telegram, …etc)

You will

• Create local campaigns to drive new user growth in the Mandarin market especially in China.
• Manage costs to drive towards positive ROI user acquisition using the strategies above.
• Run online campaigns and local meet ups in the Chinese market.
• Partner and sponsor local events and causes.
• Manage the community campaign budget and report into the global team.

What we look for

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA a plus)
• 3+ years of combined experience in Crypto/ Web3 project. (L1 or L2 a plus)
• A strong desire to grow and engage a broad community of web3 users in the Mandarin market.
• Proficiency in using Web3 tools, and a strong appetite for exploring and staying up to date on the BTC related information and services is a must.
• Strong organizational and task prioritization abilities.
