Description:

We are seeking an experienced Developer Relations Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering developer adoption and engagement by delivering captivating content, impactful presentations, and cultivating strong relationships within the developer community.

Responsibilities:

• Generate enthusiasm and drive inbound developer interest by creating and delivering highly compelling technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and presentations.
• Actively promote Morphism to developers through various channels such as public speaking engagements, webinars, meetups, and other relevant events.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with developers, thought leaders, and influential community members to cultivate a vibrant and engaged developer ecosystem.
• Craft articles across diverse topics encompassing Web3 and consumer crypto, shaping the narratives surrounding Morphism.
• Keep track of industry trends, emerging technologies, important EIPs (Ethereum Improvement Proposals), and best practices to position Morphism as a leading developer community for cutting-edge technology.
• Provide support to the Business Development team by showcasing product demos and offering highly technical expertise when closing deals with top-tier teams.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in developer relations, technical advocacy, or a related role, with a strong focus on public speaking and content creation.
• Deep technical expertise in crypto software development, blockchain infrastructure, and related domains.
• Demonstrated track record of creating engaging technical and non-technical content, such as blog posts, tutorials, and videos.
• Exemplary English language skills, specifically in delivering presentations and public speaking, facilitating effective communication of intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Well-established network within the developer community, showcasing the ability to engage and connect with developers effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
