Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customers with high-quality business consulting services and help customers solve problems through online communication;
  2. Continue to follow up key customers or key issues, and provide reasonable and effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Communicate with users to maintain daily customer relations and provide efficient and professional services.
  4. Actively participate in team suggestions, and be able to make certain suggestions and optimizations.

Work requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any related field.
  • Must be able to work in rotational shifts
  • Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivation, strong resistance to pressure and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Have a pioneering spirit, can find breakthroughs in the face of new business, and unite the team to promote business development;
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work @ Tun Razak Exchange (nearby to MRT TRX)
