Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with high-quality business consulting services and help customers solve problems through online communication;
- Continue to follow up key customers or key issues, and provide reasonable and effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with users to maintain daily customer relations and provide efficient and professional services.
- Actively participate in team suggestions, and be able to make certain suggestions and optimizations.
Work requirements:
- Diploma or above in any related field.
- Must be able to work in rotational shifts
- Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivation, strong resistance to pressure and strong sense of responsibility;
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Have a pioneering spirit, can find breakthroughs in the face of new business, and unite the team to promote business development;
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work @ Tun Razak Exchange (nearby to MRT TRX)
