Job Duties:

• Proactively collaborate with internal teams to build and run a streamlined backend control and operating management system
• Drive the business forward by investigating business demands, providing solutions, and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and business scale.
• Shape the product/solution-promoting approach towards long-term growth with big-picture thinking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in cross-collaboration with external partners and internal teams
• Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills in English language fluency. Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

Additional:

• Fluency in Cantonese is a bonus
• Immediate availability is preferred
