Your Mission

As one of our hybrid KOL Manager, you will be part of our GateTR. You will manage our KOL Community across several different channels. You will uphold the reputation of our brand and connect our products and services to the entire community that has followed us since our founding, and all the brand new customers just joining to GateTR about our products and great benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop global KOL and influencer strategies.
• Prepare marketing budget, spending, target achievement and ROI investigation.
• Discover suitable KOLs and influencers to work with and build a long-term partnership.
• Take a leadership role for KOL team to drive strategies across different regions.
• Monitor, analyse, and present data on acquisition and incubation schemes’ effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement/optimization.
• Conduct research on current trends, ideas and best practices to drive creative and impactful initiatives.
• Execute influencer campaigns and events.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of different social media channels and influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Public Relations or related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years’ solid experience in KOL management;
• Proven experience and network with influences and KOLs;
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills;
• Fluent in English and Turkish (verbal and written);
• Good business sense, good planner, detailed-oriented.
• Social media channels with cryptocurrency desired;
