Job Description:

• Ensure timely approval of payment in systems
• Ensure compliance of the whole AP procedures
• Creditor analysis report
• Communicate with users for their needs
• Involve in policy making communication with other departments
• Experience in Helios is preferred
• Support ad-hoc projects when necessary

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience AP accounting
• Professional qualification with ACCA or candidate is seating for exam is preferred
• Detail and flexible-minded, hands-on and able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and detailed minded
• Good Command in both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Immediate starters will be advantageous
