Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing and preparing monthly reports including monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements and management reporting.
• Analyze financial information to provide accurate and timely financial reports to management for decision-making purposes
• Work as a team to achieve financial reporting deadlines and to ensure effective internal control policies and procedures are in place
• Assist in the development and implementation of best-practice financial processes and procedures
• Support implementation of financial systems, and reports and uphold business projects
• Liaison with both internal and external parties
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, economics, and business required; advanced degrees, including CPA a plus
• Minimum 3 - 4+ years of professional work experience in accounting and/or internal control; audit experience a plus
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience
• Excellent analytical, project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Extremely detail oriented with an ability to multitask in a high-growth environment
• Passionate about start-ups and the growth of digital assets
• Good command of spoken and written English
