Flipside Crypto is a well funded startup servicing the web3 ecosystem, led by a team of experienced entrepreneurs. Flipside enables blockchains to grow through the delivery of on-demand analytics and community activation. We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, Dave Balter, on a variety of cross-organizational initiatives.

This is a pivotal role, at the intersection of Flipside’s vision and execution. The right candidate will have a strategic mindset with the ability to actively execute on initiatives, as a partner to teammates, enabling the best outcomes for projects of all sizes.

Dave is a multiple-time CEO, who loves relentless, responsible, authentic high-achievers. This is an exciting, high priority new role, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside Dave, with the leadership team and across the entire organization. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of operating experience, with a strategic/consultative background.

Activities:

• Special project development & ownership
• Own cross-functional projects. Ensure collaboration across the Leadership Team to provide clear communication and follow-through
• Enabling the strategic planning process including ongoing tracking of outcomes
• Future initiative research
• Create agendas, draft content for recurring weekly/monthly company meetings
• Board meeting preparation and execution

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of operating experience.
• Ideally MBA or practical exposure to finance, business strategy; Consulting experience a benefit. In all cases 100% executional capacity. This is not a pure strategy role.
• Ridiculous written skills; strong verbal commentary. Short and sweet style. Long talkers avoided.
• Need to be incredibly organized and be able to deal with details and strategy
• Effective spreadsheet/modeling skills.
• Assertive, resilient, independent, capable.
• Willing to commit to the role for 18 months.
• Ideal candidate will reside in the US.
