About the role

This role will see you prospecting, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with partners and clients to drive profitable volume and position Coinstash as the trusted crypto solution.


As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:


Building strategic partnerships within the financial services space, including but not limited to: Financial Advisors, Accountants and SMSF software companies.


Looking after our high-value clients, maximising their experience with Coinstash to ultimately retain and grow engagement across the platform.


Acquiring new high-value clients and Affiliate partners for Coinstash.

You will need to develop a deep understanding of the Coinstash platform to drive impact and engagement across your partnership and client base.

Earn a competitive base pay, plus generous (uncapped) commissions.



Key Responsibilities

50% Strategic Partnerships

  • Investigate, develop, and execute new strategic partnership opportunities
  • Foster strong business relationships with people and companies within the financial services space
  • Introduce cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and services to new industries
  • Host and attend events (offline/online) to increase awareness and build trust for Coinstash
  • Help grow the portfolio of Affiliate partners



30% Account Management

  • Foster strong business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide exceptional client experience and care
  • Gain a deep insight and understanding of our customers goals, needs, and issues to further revenue opportunities
  • Proactively manage and mitigate client churn through monitoring and communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and troubleshoot
  • Create feedback loop with other departments to pass on customer feedback



20% New Client Acquisition

  • Actively seek out and win new high-value clients for Coinstash
  • Convert leads from offline and online events



About You

  • Experience carrying a revenue target or data driven KPIs
  • People person! Able to quickly build trust and rapport and develop positive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to empathise with customers and position yourself as a trusted advisor and inspire change.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to successfully communicate complex information to a varied audience.
