Mobile Platform Team at Flipster

Flipster에서 Mobile Platform Team은 아래 미션을 수행하기 위한 팀입니다.

1. Engineering Productivity 와 Throughput 개선

2. 성능과 같은 Non-functional 요구사항 관리 및 개선 프로젝트 리딩

3. 모바일 플랫폼 표준화

구체적으로는 다음과 같은 R&R을 가지고 Android, iOS, Backend, QA, Product Manager, Design, Data Engineering, DevOps, Security 등과 같은 여러 팀과 협업하여 Mobile Engineering Velocity를 향상시키는데 기여합니다.

1. 공통 앱 모듈 라이브러리 오너십

2. Engineering 프로세스 관리

3. Mobile Infrastructure (Tools) 구축

4. Engineering metric 개발 및 관리

5. Non-functional 요구사항 관리

6. Cross-functional 프로젝트 리딩

Mobile에 대한 Background를 가지고 Domain 경계를 넘어 도전적인 문제를 해결하는 것을 선호하는 분을 찾습니다.

Mobile Platform팀의 Mobile Infra Engineer로 합류한다면 Mobile Metric을 셋업하고 Metric 기반의 의사결정 및 문제해결이 가능한 시스템을 만드는 업무, 그리고 Proccess와 Infra 개선을 통해 Mobile 개발 경험을 개선하는 업무를 주도하실 수 있습니다.

Responsibilities

• Engineering 효율화 강화를 위한 모바일 인프라 구축 및 Tool 셋업 업무
• Engineering 생산성, 효율성, 품질 개선을 위한 Process 개선 업무
• Cross-functional product팀와 함께 기술적인 문제를 해결하고 Best Practice를 만드는 업무
• Non-functional 요구사항에 대해서 분석하고 평가하는 업무
• Non-functional 요구사항을 만족하기 위한 Mobile 프로젝트를 개발 또는 리딩하는 업무

Qualifications

• 7년 이상 Android / iOS 개발 경험
• 모바일 기술 스택에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 모바일 인프라/플랫폼팀에서 근무한 경험
• Kotlin, Swift 중 하나의 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 능숙함을 가지신 분
• 디자인 패턴, 아키텍쳐 패턴에 대한 지식
• 성능 최적화, 프로세스 개선, 자동화 환경 구축 등의 업무 경험
• Android / iOS 성능 최적화 및 신뢰성 진단 기술 경험

Nice to have

• 복잡한 비지니스 요구사항에 대한 기능 및 앱 개발을 처음부터 끝까지 개발 또는 리딩해 보신 분
• 여러 Cross-functional팀과 커뮤니케이션을 통해 문제를 푸는 것을 즐기시는 분
• 새로운 기술 스택에 대한 스터디를 즐기시는 분
