Job Summary: VP of Client Services

As the Vice President of Client Services at Spark Protocol, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement and business expansion efforts. This role is pivotal in facilitating high-level executive connections, managing customer accounts, and ensuring that our clients fully leverage the potential of our DeFi solutions, particularly those revolving around DAI.

You Will

• Lead and manage high-stake client relationships, focusing on providing top-tier C-suite support from our network of executives for both direct hire and advisory roles. Develop strategies to onboard new clients, particularly those interested in DAI-centric DeFi solutions.
• Oversee and enhance the customer experience, ensuring that our clients\' needs are met with innovative solutions that leverage Spark Protocol\'s lending, borrowing, and staking functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client services with Spark Protocol\'s technical capabilities and strategic vision. Represent Spark Protocol at industry events, expanding our professional network and enhancing our brand presence in the DeFi space.

You are:

• A seasoned professional with a strong background in client services, ideally in the blockchain or DeFi sector.
• Experienced in managing and nurturing high-level executive relationships. Knowledgeable about the DeFi market, trends, and the regulatory environment, with a specific focus on stablecoins like DAI.
• A strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Significant experience in a client services role within the blockchain or DeFi industry. Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, especially the lending and borrowing market.
