About the Opportunity

As the Principal Product Manager for local markets, you will own the product roadmap for key local regions that OKX is strategically positioned in, develop and deploy new and enhanced products and services compliantly in these local regions, and drive crypto user growth and business impact integrating global core features as well as evaluating unique value propositions locally. You will focus on unlocking user growth based on data and insights, responsible for customer onboarding, activation, product adoption by optimizing user onboarding flows under the regulation framework across local markets. You\'ll be joining our growing local product team to help define the future of our company and product. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive a clear product strategy that aligns with the overall business goals of each local region
• Partner with global product & engineering teams and other cross-functional partners (e.g. Business, Legal, Compliance) in ideation, design, development, testing, and launching of crypto products
• Plan and execute product launches tailored to each region, including go-to-market strategies
• Build operational maturity for product development and execution and represent products to business stakeholders and executive leadership
• Define and monitor KPIs for products while leading feature teams towards workflow, UX and design optimization to better meet KPI targets
• Drive product discussions with key stakeholders to ensure the product-line is meeting customer needs and market demand
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in crypto regulations, policies, and compliance requirements, both locally and globally.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for regional features
• Ensure OKX delivers best in class products across regional markets with proper localization

What We Look For In You:

• Relevant product management, product operations, TPM, or software engineering experience, preferably experience with crypto, DeFi, or fintech
• Ideal candidate should have a strong experience in optimizing user journeys, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our organization maintains the highest standards of compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Marketing
• Ability to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one\'s sleeves to get the job done
• Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
• Have worked successfully with global remote teams
• Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in the crypto industry with exposure to obtaining licenses and approvals for crypto-related businesses
• In-depth knowledge of local and international crypto regulations and emerging trends
