About The Team:

At OKX\'s Web3 product team, we enable users to connect to the DeFi world through a multi-chain EVM compatible, self-custodial wallet experience right from our OKX superapp. OKX\'s Web 3 platform is a secure interface for managing digital assets within the Web3 multi-chain wallet, provides real-time liquidity by aggregating across DEXs, and is committed to building high-quality smart contracts and high-yield products. Our Web 3 platform is also a major decentralized marketplace, providing aggregated liquidity, including NFTs. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead in expansion plans for the local market and shape the plan for launching new features while ensuring strong coordination with Marketing and Operation teams along the way
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development in the local market;
• Competitor analysis and market research, staying informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.
• Define and deliver product roadmap to serve the best experience to both internal and external users while being compliant with required regulations around the world;
• Responsible for the whole process of projects, collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications, drive global product launches and lead beta programs;

What We Look For In You:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above
• Related working experience in Crypto Wallet Product and/or DeFi portal product implementation (Crypto investment);
• Familiar with globalization and localization, deep understanding of the Indian market, capable of launching product for global markets;
• Good communication, experimental mindset, team spirit: motivated to initiate and lead in a collaborative team;
• Able to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs, manage product backlogs with a priority mindset;
• Proficiency in English. Other Indian languages and Chinese are preferred but not a must.

Nice to Haves:

• Rich experiences in Web3 include but not limited to trading, NFTs, DeFi protocols, airdrop hunting.
• Familiar with blockchain techniques and cryptocurrency markets;
• Familiar with Crypto Wallet Product and On-chain transaction details;
• Passionate about crypto and blockchain innovations;
• Sharp eyes for good design and user experience.
