Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across platforms.
  • Content Planning: Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of compelling content for social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and partnerships to drive engagement, increase followership, and meet key performance indicators.
  • Community Management: Foster and grow an active and engaged social media community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and improvements.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay informed about changes and updates on social media platforms, recommending and implementing new features and tactics to maximize impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer support, to align social media efforts with broader organizational initiatives.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify and cultivate brand advocates, influencers, and partnerships to amplify the brand message and reach a wider audience.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a social media team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.


Preferred Skills:


  • Master\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2C or consumer-focused social media management.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Familiarity with emerging social media trends and technologies.
