The Role

We\'re looking for an Operations Analyst to help us build scalable processes that power the next evolution of Syndicate’s growth. This role reports to the Head of Finance and will work closely with Syndicate’s Chief Operating Officer. You will be at the forefront the blockchain industry working with a team that is laser focused on taking crypto mainstream. This position promises broad exposure, rapid learning, and the chance to make a tangible impact in a dynamic sector.

You will:

  • Help where it is currently needed the most, establish new, scalable processes which take care of internal operations and help manage the day-to-day business.
  • Take ownership of improving and maintaining our CRM system (Attio) to enhance lead engagement and conversion.
  • Streamline customer processes to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through to resolution, directly engaging with customers as needed.
  • Spearhead the planning and execution of company-wide events and internal culture initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly company meeting materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reporting to Syndicate’s investors.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support various business needs, translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate on various other strategic operational initiatives as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a VC-funded startup.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong interest in organizational systems and data integrity.
  • Ability to quickly learn, take initiative, effectively solve problems, and perform well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work cooperatively on a diverse range of tasks.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Experience interacting with web3/crypto products.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Nice to Haves:

  • Direct experience working in crypto full-time.
  • Foundational understanding of SQL
  • Prior experience with Linear, Attio, Zapier and other workflow automation tools
